IPTV on MAG Devices
Configure a MAG set-top box for IPTV using portal settings.
What you'll need
A MAG set-top box connected via ethernet (recommended over Wi-Fi for these devices)
Your provider's portal URL, supplied with your account
The device's MAC address, visible in its system info menu
Recommended setup approach
MAG boxes work differently from app-based devices — instead of installing an app, you configure the device to point at a portal URL supplied by your provider. The box's MAC address is tied to your account rather than a typed username and password.
Installation steps

Find your MAC address
Check the box's system info menu, or the label on the device itself.

Provide it to support
Send your MAC address to our support team so it can be linked to your subscription.

Enter the portal URL
In the box's settings, enter the portal URL provided for your account.

Restart the device
Reboot the box to load your channel list from the portal.

MAG configuration is portal- and MAC-address-based rather than username/password-based — contact support with your device's MAC address to get the correct portal URL for your account.
Common issues
Box shows no channels after setup
Confirm the portal URL was entered exactly as provided and that your MAC address was registered to your account.
Frequent disconnects on Wi-Fi
Use a wired ethernet connection where possible — MAG boxes are generally more stable on ethernet than Wi-Fi.
